such as a faraway butterfly flapping its wings influencing the intricacies of a tornado
(the precise moment of development, the exact course traveled).
This can be related to mental health because it can be tied back to a person's journey and struggles within themselves and how all it takes is a small cause to have a much larger effect to be able to improve ones well being.
